On the first listen, I took The Vaccines to be an indie rock band with a retro sound who were just a copy of all the bands around last year. But after hearing ‘Post Brea-up Sex’ I have reached the conclusion that they are actually quite good and do have some unique qualities and sounds. Sure, it’s never going to be anyones favorite song of all time or win any awards, but it puts you in a good mood and the lyrics are funny.
